Adding integration to Uniconta

This guide shows how you or your client can easily add the integration to Uniconta in just a few clicks.

Adding integration through onboarding

NOTE: To create a server user, you must be an administrator, account owner or Uniconta reseller. (You can check who the owner is by clicking on “Company” -> “Company Information” under “Owner”) If you are not listed as the owner, please contact your Uniconta reseller. NOTE: It is not possible to create a server user in the browser version of Uniconta. This can only be done in the Uniconta app. If you are on a Mac, you can install Uniconta using this guide: https://www.uniconta.com/en-uk/download-uniconta/

Tap “Company” on the left menu.

Expand “User Rights” in the left menu.

Tap “Manage Users” on the left menu.

Tap “Add” and “Add User” in the menu.

Tap “Create New” on the pop-up menu

Change the user type from “Standard” to “Server.”

Fill in the remaining fields for the desired login and then press “Save.”

It is NOT necessary to change user access

Now you are ready to add the integration in Verarca.

Adding integration through onboarding

How to add Uniconta to Verarca and get climate-relevant records into the system - follow this guide and get started easily.

Tap “Get Started” in the dashboard.

Select “Uniconta” from the pop-up window and press “Next.”

Log in with the login you created for your server user in Uniconta, complete by clicking “Click here to connect Uniconta”.

Confirm which company you want to integrate with and press “Next.”

Enable climate-relevant accounts, select a corresponding GHG category for the account, and exit with “Continue.”

Note: Only users with minimal access to “Accounting” in e-conomic can add the integration.

Select “Uniconta” from the pop-up window and press “Next.”
