As soon as possibleWe are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growth journey!
At Verarca, we work hard to make it easier for companies to carry out CO2 calculations. We have built a system that allows businesses to integrate their accounting systems with Verarca and automatically generate a CO2 calculation that provides full visibility of their carbon footprint. Customers can then download a complete report, view dashboards with live CO2 data, and much more.
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help onboard, educate, train and support our current and future customers – turning them into superusers of Verarca.
Your main task will be to translate complex international requirements for ESG or CDP reporting into a user-friendly format and guide our customers in using our software to calculate their CO2 emissions.

Typical tasks in this role:
- Supporting customers via phone, chat and email so they can get started quickly with Verarca – with help and service always close at hand.
- Ensuring a positive experience and high customer satisfaction, especially during the onboarding phase.

Responsibilities and tasks:
- Analysing customer needs in relation to functionality.
- Onboarding new customers in the use of Verarca software.
- Ensuring regular and proactive customer touchpoints.
- Maintaining high levels of onboarding and customer satisfaction.
It’s an advantage if you have:
- Strong execution and follow-up skills – you understand that follow-up equals progress.
- Educational background in marketing, sales, finance or communications.
- Experience with accounting and knowledge of accountancy.
- Excellent communication skills – you inspire trust and understand the value of non-verbal communication and clear delivery.
- Good commercial insight.
- Motivation through success – both in collaboration with others and by contributing to customer success.
- A focus on quality over quantity, while still managing multiple projects simultaneously.
