Manual File Upload
If we do not have an integration to the accounting system, we still offer an alternative that can help you complete the climate report. In this guide, you will see how to use Manual File Upload.
What you need for manual file upload
- You need a CSV export of the following:
- The chart of accounts for the company to be reported on
- Postings for the same chart of accounts used in the file above, containing at least:
- Account number
- Posting number / Sequence number / Serial number
- Posting text
- Posting date
- Posting amount
- Document number
- Quantity (optional)
- Unit type such as kg, l, tonnes (optional)
- Supplier (optional)
- Item number / product code (optional)
- Dimension (optional)
Adding data via. onboarding

Tap “Get Started” in the dashboard.

Select Manual file upload as integration

Upload the chart of accounts. Make sure it contains only account numbers and account names (it should be in CSV format).

Enable and map climate-relevant accounts with Verarca's standard calculation scheme

From the drop-down menu, select what each column contains and finish with “Save.”
Add data via settings

Tap “Settings” on the left menu.

Tap “Integration” on the left menu.

Tap “Create” to add the integration

Select Manual file upload as integration
