Yes, you only need to connect Verarca to your accounting program once. When you then regularly make entries in your accounting program, this data is automatically transferred to Verarca. The system updates the new data every night, so all figures are included in your dashboards the next day.
Verarca uses emission data from the internationally standardised GHG protocol, and all purchases and related CO₂ calculations receive a unique, traceable ID. This ID ensures that it is always possible to retrieve the documentation of the calculation made by our AI. This is your guarantee that you can rely on the figures that appear in the dashboards or that you use in your climate reporting – and that you can also demonstrate this.
Yes, you can generate a complete and ready-to-use climate report from Verarca, both as a PDF and in an Excel file. However, please note that an ESG report, in addition to the company’s figures, also contains longer text sections about environmental measures, focus areas, personnel matters, and much more. With Verarca, you don’t have to worry about finding the exact figures you need for the ESG report.
Yes. Verarca has been developed to read data, even when it concerns text on a PDF invoice. As long as it is stated somewhere on the invoice under CO₂ footprint or a similar label, our AI can read this along with the other data. This way you get the most accurate CO₂ footprint and don’t have to enter anything manually yourself.
Yes, no problem. You only need to enter the purchase you want to include in the system, and Verarca will then pull the data from the emissions database to calculate the CO₂ footprint – just as it does when the information comes from your accounting program or is imported from an invoice.
