Do you want to help make climate reporting easier for Danish companies?

Then you might be Verarca’s new Customer Onboarding Specialist!

At Verarca, we work every day to democratise climate reporting and make it accessible and tangible for all businesses. That’s why we’ve developed an AI-based software solution that automates CO2 calculations.

As part of our growing onboarding team, you will work closely with our experienced Customer Success Managers. You’ll play a key role in guiding Danish companies in their climate reporting and help make CO2 calculations accessible to everyone.

You’ll also gain experience with both data analysis and customer interaction – while contributing to our mission to democratise climate reporting.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Data qualification and validation: ensuring customer data for CO2 calculations is accurate, up to date, and meets required standards.
  • Customer support in climate reporting: working closely with the CSM team to help customers complete their climate reports correctly.
  • Customer guidance: supporting customers in understanding how to enter and manage their data correctly to achieve accurate climate accounts.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction: contributing to a positive customer experience through smooth data handling and ongoing dialogue about their needs.

Required qualifications:

  • Experience with data validation, data qualification or similar tasks where precision is critical.
  • Knowledge of or interest in climate accounting and ESG reporting is a plus – but not a requirement, as we provide training.
  • Strong IT skills and experience working with systems, including Excel or similar tools.
  • A relevant educational background in economics, administration, sustainability or similar.

Personal qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and structured: strong ability to work with large amounts of data and ensure accuracy down to the smallest detail.
  • Good overview: able to manage multiple tasks at once and ensure smooth handling of customer data.
  • Communicative and collaborative: able to communicate clearly with both customers and the CSM team, thriving in a team environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented: taking responsibility and initiative to ensure customers successfully complete their climate reports.
