We are now looking for a dedicated developer who will have the opportunity to explore the latest technologies within automated CO₂ calculation, working closely with the Verarca team. The core task of a Verarca Tech Lead lies in an exciting challenge: shaping the future through the development of APIs and AI technologies. You will take responsibility for designing the technological architecture while working closely with an external development team.

Typical questions you will be addressing in this role:

• How can we make our product as digital and automated as possible, while still meeting customer requirements for software functionality?
• How do we deliver a complete product with tight deadlines?
• How do you effectively lead an external development team to achieve the highest product standards and meet deadlines?

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Mapping customer needs regarding functionality.
• Developing the software and ensuring quality assurance.
• Responsibility for architecture, APIs, AI technologies, code review and collaboration with the external development team.

Our ideal candidate has the following background and qualifications:

• Strong execution and follow-up skills – you understand that follow-up equals progress.
• Educational background in software development.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft services within MS Azure.
• More than 5 years of experience in software development as a full-stack or back-end developer.
• Experience with the following technologies: C#, .Net, React, TypeScript, SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning or existing AI technologies.
• Motivated by shared success and energised by helping customers achieve results.
• Focus on quality over quantity, while being able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
